The strong and versatile Jawhorse can replace your workbenches, sawhorses, clamps, bench vises, and much more. You can use it to hold work materials in place as you tackle jobs like setting fence posts, hanging doors, installing crown moldings, and placing new sheetrock overhead. Even odd-shaped objects like engine blocks can fit neatly in the Jawhorse's grip.
Apply up to 2,200 Pounds of Force--Hands Free
The Jawhorse features a trademarked hands-free foot pedal that lets you apply up to one metric ton (2,200 pounds) of force, so you don't have to worry about materials slipping while you work. And the jaws can be opened up to 37-inches wide, which is enough to hold most doors securely in place. This gives you maximum flexibility on the job.
The Jawhorse also eliminates the need for individual saw stands and complicated vices. A variety of different saws can be locked into the sturdy jaws on this station, allowing you to make precise cuts quickly and safely--no awkward balancing of large boards or one-handed saw operation required. Patented rubber pads help keep you from denting or scratching wood the way you might using traditional vice clamps, making the Jawhorse ideal for finish work.
Durable, Dependable, and Easy to Transport or Store
The Jawhorse features solid all-steel construction along with an extra-wide stance, providing exceptional strength and stability in a wide variety of conditions. There are no moving plastic parts to break. And with a unique, three-legged design, the Jawhorse is easier to balance on uneven terrain than traditional four-legged sawhorses and mobile workbenches.
The Jawhorse is incredibly simple to use. You just set it up, lock it in place, and clamp your project materials or tools down. This quick and easy setup makes the Jawhorse ideal for use on remote worksites and for people who don't have the space in their busy home or apartment for a permanent workbench.
When not in use, the workstation folds down to a compact 29x14x13 inches for easy transport or storage in a small closet. And weighing in at just 43 pounds, it is easy to lift in and out of work rigs.
When unfolded, an integrated roller makes it incredibly easy to move around the workshop or the jobsite. There are holes in two of the three feet so that you can choose to bolt the Jawhorse down for frequent use in your workshop or on big job sites that require more permanence.
Available Accessories Provide Even Greater Versatility
Versatile accessories (sold separately) let you customize the Jawhorse to better meet your individual needs. You can use the Welding jaw to set up a full welding station. The Chainsaw jaw makes it easy to lock saws in place for sharpening, and Saddlebags let you keep all your tools neatly organized and within arms reach. You can also use the Plywood jaw to adapt the Jawhorse for large sheet goods up to 52-inches wide, or set up the Jawhorse as a reliable Miter Saw Station or a more permanent Work Table.

Innovative Fence Design Provides Automatic Squaring
The Precision Router Table fence has a t-square style design that keeps the fence permanently parallel to the miter slot. This automatic squaring lets you fully utilize your miter slot and makes it easier than ever to make small adjustments on the fly. The fence is made from an incredibly rigid fully-enclosed aluminum extrusion which supports even the largest workpieces, and creates a full length vacuum chamber for superior dust collection and a cleaner shop. The fence also includes two fully independent fence faces, allowing the router table to double as a vertical jointer.

Precise Insert Plate
Made from an incredibly durable phenolic, this standard sized insert plate (9-1/4 x 11-3/4 x 3/8 inches) has been designed to mount to any router without the usual "swiss cheese" type surface found on most router table insert plates. Utilizing your router's base plate and the easy to use template (included), mounting the insert plate to almost any router leaves you with a perfect custom fit completely free of extra holes.
Dual reducing rings (2 inches; 1-13/64 inches) boast three independent leveling/lock-down screws and compatibility with standard Porter-Cable guide bushings for fast and easy template routing on your router table.
For even greater precision, the lens cursor offers incredible accuracy without a tape measure and pencil.
Flexible Steel Stand
The Precision Router Table Top rests on the Kreg Universal Steel Stand, which is also the base of the popular Klamp Table. This rugged stand is adjustable from 31 to 36 inches in height, and is constructed from incredibly durable steel. For additional mobility, Kreg 3-inch dual-locking casters can be added at any time.

The Precision Router Table measures 41 x 32-1/4 x 24 inches (HxWxD) and weighs 85 pounds.

Its refined heavy-duty trunnion mechanism features rigid, box-style cast-iron construction, high-end bearings, and a conical-shaped worm gear drive with an increased contact area to enhance the smooth, solid feel of the tilt and height adjustment.
A pair of oversized, eight-inch-diameter cast-iron hand wheels, each with a large spinner handle, makes blade height and bevel adjustments virtually effortless. And to prevent long-term use from loosening the hand wheels on their shafts, they are locked in place with machined grooves and keys rather than setscrews.
Precision Machined Arbor and Poly-V Drive Belt System
The full-length 5/8-inch diameter arbor is precision machined from stress-proof steel to exceptionally high tolerances for accuracy. It accepts stacked dado sets up to 13/16-inch wide, and because there is no gap between the threads and arbor shank, thin chippers won't hang out of line.
Also, the push-button arbor lock makes for rapid blade changes, while a high quality poly-V drive belt system transmits more power without slippage or excessive noise.
Generously Sized Tables and Extensions
All the high-luster, cast-iron surfaces are finely ground to ensure a smooth, mar-free work surface that provides more support for big jobs and have both a front- and rear-edge bevel for hassle-free work piece positioning.
Measuring approximately 30.5 x 22.0 inches (W x L), the primary cast-iron tabletop expands to 42 inches long when the standard cast-iron extension wings are bolted up, giving you plenty of space for even large work pieces.
Safe, Sturdy Design
The PM2000 also comes equipped with a newly designed magnetic On/Off switch for safety. To prevent accidental start-ups, there's a removable magnetic "key" that disables the switch when it's not in place. For additional protection against damage, a quick-release riving knife greatly reduces binding/kickback risk.
High-Tech Guard System
The PM2000's blade guard and riving knife system can be adjusted tool-free for the job at hand. At the same time, because the riving knife is mounted directly to the blade mechanism, the gap between it and the blade never changes during height or angle adjustments.
This maintains the safety a riving knife affords in virtually all cutting situations.
Get Accuracy and Precision
An industrial-duty 50-inch Accu-Fence System ensures accurate cuts. Adjustable angle indicators on the blade bevel scale for repeatable bevel cuts. Additionally, a heavy-duty, deluxe, micro-adjust miter gauge with a 13-inch extension fence ensures stable workpiece support and easy fine-angle adjustments.
Finally, to facilitate movement in and around the shop, the massive cast-iron base has a built-in retractable, four-wheel caster system.
Dimensions and Warranty Information
The PM2000 measures 37 x 39 x 85 inches (W x H x D), weighs 675 pounds, and is backed by a five-year warranty.
